Scientific guarantors of the conference

Function and responsibilities
The scientific guarantor selects papers based on the applications and submitted abstracts, creates the conference programme and its modifications decides on non-inclusion of a paper to the conference programme for the failure to comply with the scientific, content of formal requirements of the conference, finds reviewers for the papers, makes subsequent control of the papers from the point of content or scientific requirements of a reviewer, decides on exclusion of a paper from the conference proceedings for the failure to comply the requirements of a reviewer or scientific, content or formal requirements of the conference.
In the case of doubt concerning the inclusion of a paper in the conference or in the conference proceedings, it is the Scientific committee of the conference that is the final decision-making body.

The members of scientific committe are mostly professors and associate professors of the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University.
Function and responsibilities
The Scientific committee takes over the auspices of the conference Cofola International and its scientific level. The Scientific committe is the highest control body and has inter alia the following responsibilities: final decision on non-inclusion of a paper to the programme of the conference for the reason of the lack of scientific, content or formal qualities; final decision on non-inclusion of a paper to the conference proceedings for the reason of the lack of scientific, content or formal qualities.
